How the assistant works
Short answers to how-to questions about the add-on and the Academy tools, always labelled, always read by a person first.
What it answers
Only how-to questions about the CAD/CAM Jeweller add-on and the Academy's tools. It does not answer questions about people, pay, legal matters or anything else, and it does not take part in the rest of the conversation.
How an answer gets here
An AI model drafts the answer. Hamed Arab reads it and taps to approve it. Until he does, nobody but him can see it. Nothing the assistant writes goes live on its own.
How you can tell
Every one of its answers says "AI-assisted" and links to this page. It comes from its own account, The Bench assistant, and never from a member or from Hamed.
What it never does
It never speaks as Hamed, and it never claims experience at a bench or anywhere else. It gives steps, not stories.
Your posts
Software and AI agents read new posts to look after The Bench and to draft answers. Members' posts are never used to train AI models.
It can be wrong
Check an answer against the add-on itself. If it is wrong or unhelpful, press Report on it. The person who asked can still accept a member's answer instead.
